**Blissfully Booked: Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness Policies** Your time and experience are important to us. To ensure every client receives exceptional care, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. **Appointments** A non-refundable retainer equal to 30% of your selected service is required to reserve your appointment. The retainer is applied toward your total service cost. A valid card is required to remain on file for all appointments. **Cancellations & No-Shows** A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will incur an additional charge equal to 30% of the remaining service balance. Any outstanding balance must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled. **Late Arrivals** A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the late cancellation policy may apply. If you are running late, please call or text 252-558-8281. **Payments & Refunds** Exact cash is required if paying by cash. Retainers, completed services, memberships, series packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable. If Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness must arrive late, cancel, or reschedule an appointment due to illness, an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable accommodation. If accommodation efforts are not possible, a refund of the retainer or an account credit may be issued. **Service Transfers** Paid appointments may be transferred to a friend or family member due to illness or other qualifying circumstances with prior approval. The recipient must complete all required intake forms and agree to these policies. **Professional Disclosure** Our services are intended to promote relaxation, wellness, and overall well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. No specific results are promised or guaranteed for any service. Individual results vary based on each client's health history, lifestyle, consistency of care, and adherence to recommended treatment plans or home care. **Client Resolution Policy** Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern regarding your service or experience, you agree to notify Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and address the matter. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally, fairly, and in good faith whenever reasonably possible. **Right to Refuse Service** Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to undisclosed health conditions, contraindications, illness, intoxication, threatening or inappropriate behavior, or any circumstance that may compromise the safety of our clients or staff. Services terminated under these circumstances are non-refundable. **Contraindications** Services may not be performed if a client has a contagious illness, active infection, open wounds, blood clots, uncontrolled medical conditions, recent surgery, certain cosmetic procedures, pregnancy during the first trimester without medical clearance, or any condition that makes treatment unsafe. Medical clearance may be required. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in immediate cancellation without refund. **Zero Tolerance Policy** Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, sexual misconduct, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, permanent refusal of future services, and, when appropriate, notification of law enforcement. **Policy Updates** Bethel Bliss Health & Wellness reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. **Acknowledgment** By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
